The endocrine glands in our body make up the hormone and steroid system, which is responsible for managing hundreds of functions, but one function of importance is the endocrine gland stress response.


The endocrine glands are overworked and over burdened because we work stressful jobs and eat highly processed foods to often which results in fatigue, burnout and hormonal imbalances.
